{Health Challenge #2 - Week 3}


I think this quote sums up our challenge perfectly. We are making small daily improvements that are becoming habits and creating long - term results. Each of you are doing an amazing job!

This past week I received the following email: 
Another great week!!! I am loving the extra energy I have from working out six days a week. Can you take the chocolate waffles and Oreo cookies off the header of the blog...lol!!! I check everyday and want whipping cream :) - Lanny

I have GOOD NEWS for you! You can eat the waffles in the header. They are Pumpkin Cinnamon Spice Waffles,  Pumpkin Pie Syrup, with Cinnamon Whipped Cream, topped with toasted walnuts. They are made with natural sugars like pure maple syrup and local raw honey.  Find the recipe here . ENJOY!
