{Peach Green Smoothie Turned Push Pop}


I heard about these awesome Silicone IcePop Makers from a fellow blogger and now we are hooked.  My kids seriously LOVE them! I typically use them when I make a smoothie in the morning and have left overs. I fill these babies up,  stick them in the freezer, and they are ready to eat when my kids get home from school. Here is my most recent smoothie recipe I used to make these.  This recipe makes a lot. There was enough to feed my three little I mean big kids {sob} for breakfast plus fill 6 of these Silicone IcePop Makers. This recipe is dairy, gluten, and sugar free.

1.5 Cups of Almond Milk
2 Cups of Spinach
1 TBS. Chia Seeds (Optional)
1 TBS. Whole Fax Seed (Optional)
3 Fresh Peaches, Peeled and pit removed
2 Frozen Bananas, Peel removed

Put ingredients in blender in the order listed then blend on high until creamy and smooth.   Enjoy!

*Tip: My sister shared this with me when she was visiting us. Blend milk and spinach alone until well blended. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend. This helps ensure no spinach chunks floating around. YAY! 

For added fun use these Silicone Icepop Makers to create a smoothie pop! Pour the smoothie into each icepop maker and put in freezer until frozen.
