{Health Challenge #2 - Week 1}

 Have you ever tried a Ballet Barre Fitness program? If you haven't you definitely should. I have done the following routine 3 times and each time I realize how much I love it. It works every part of the body.  I can definitely tell my muscles have been worked but they also feel lengthened and strong.  This  following Ballet Boot Camp is a wonderful way to exercise. It took me about 35 minutes to complete the entire routine. If you don't have a bar that's ok. I don't have one either. I just use the edge of my kitchen counter, kitchen table, or the foot board to my bed. Get creative and have fun.
