{Health Challenge Update and 100 Workout}

 Week one of the Health and Wellness Challenge is over. Only 9 more weeks to go.  If you aren't an official participant you can still follow along with us. Just print off the tracking calendar and keep track of your daily points.

Here is an exercise routine that brings on the sweat and burns lots of calories.  Try to do it as quickly as possible using good form.

  2. Trampoline safety pads are mostly used to cover the springs, frames, and other hard metal surface of your trampoline. This keeps the jumper from getting his or her finger caught in these trampolines parts, preventing injuries and accidents. As long as these pads are installed properly into the trampoline, this should be enough to guarantee a safe jumping experience for you.
