David Higgins, Jonathan and his sister Becky Higgins
I admire Becky Higgins. I have read her articles and used her sketches when she was a writer for Creating Keepsakes magazine. She is family oriented and genuine. So, when she posted about her brother Jonathan battling colon cancer I knew I wanted to help. Jonathan has been married 20 years and has 4 children.
I lost my grandmother to ovarian cancer a few years ago and my dear friend lost her husband in March to esophageal cancer. I have other friends who have won their battles with cancer. This issue is dear to my heart. This is an emotional trial to endure and adding medical bills on top of it only adds to the stress. I am grateful for the opportunity to reach out to Becky and Jonathan's family.
