{Cinnamon Pear Chips}

Pear Recipe #5 - {Cinnamon Pear Chips}

I can't take credit for these because I decided to make them after eating them at my moms. She too bought 2 HUGE boxes of pears. She whipped out her dehydrator and made super yummy Cinnamon Pear Chips.

They are perfect to snack on through out the day. You can also put them in your kids lunches instead of chips. These are addictive. I was eating them by the handfuls.

Cinnamon Pear Chips
20-30 pears, depending on size

Wash and cut the stem and bottom off of each pear. There is no need to peel or core them. Lay your pear on its side and cut thin slices about 1/8 of an inch thick.  Lay the slices out flat on your dehydrator trays. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top. Dehydrate them on the fruit setting for 10-12 hours.  Once they are fully dehydrated keep them in an airtight container and enjoy.

As you can see from the picture they are round and have the seeds and peel still on.
